Why Desi Cow (A2) Milk?
The Desi Indian Cow breeds have a special vein called “Suryaketu Nadi” running through their hump and backbone, which absorbs maximum sun rays and passes on good amounts of Vitamin D and nutrients in the milk. This is also a reason for desi cow milk and urine having a slight yellow tinge to them. In fact, it is due to this beautiful yellow color and high nutritive properties of the milk that people often said that desi cow milk contains “swarna” or gold. Surya ketu Nadi, on interaction with solar rays, produces GOLD salts in cow’s blood. These salts are present in the cow’s milk and cow’s other bodily fluids which miraculously cures many diseases.
The Vedic scriptures and scholars have assured that Cow’s milk is particularly essential for developing the finer tissues of the human brain so that one can understand the intricacies of higher knowledge.

Most major milk brands in market are selling oxytocin hormone injected foreign jersey milk which causes diabetes, brain disorders, autism, schizophrenia, stomach ulcer, loss of memory in kids, heart problems, etc. The major brands also remove the complete cream from milk before selling it.
Loose milk available from local tabelas are often packed and processed in unhygienic conditions and adulterated with contaminants. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) had surveyed that more than 75% is not milk at all but urea, water, caustic soda, paint, sugar, detergent Hydrogen Peroxide, starch, glucose, salt, Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) and vegetable fat, etc.

After my post graduation, I joined as an operations manager at a A2 Desi Cow Milk firm in Mumbai handling 1500+ customers and 3000 liters of desi cow milk distribution on daily basis.
